Completing and returning a request to add your photo profile or order member addresses will acknowledge your acceptance of the following conditions:

We will only process applications on the understanding that applicants are genuinely seeking personal introductions for the purpose of meaningful relationships leading to romance or marriage. Our services are NOT suitable for those seeking casual sex or non-heterosexual relationships.

The advertisers promoting their products or services on this Internet site are presented as a facility which we hope you will find useful and interesting. Luckyman, does not endorse in any way the advertisers links to our pages and do not accept responsibility for any contracts or agreements entered into by persons contacting advertisers through this internet facility.

You agree to treat any personal information provided by us with respect and confidentiality. We can accept no responsibility for the outcome of contact or meetings between members and persons contacting members. All information submitted to us for publication is accepted as accurate and in good faith and it is on this basis that information is published. We do not accept any responsibility for innacuracies or errors in such information where published.

This agreement is drawn against American law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the American Courts of Law. Any proceedings relating to this agreement should be brought to Delware County Court, Media, PA, USA.

You can pay by credit card - we accept American Express at this time,

Or you can print our order form, fill it out, and then fax or telephone your order.

You can also mail your order to us by printing the order form and then enclosing one of the payment choices below:

Cash (use registered mail and security envelopes for your own protection)

ORDER PROCESSING

Once we have processed your request we will electronically mail the full address details you requested. If you do not have an E-mail address we will mail the information to you using registered postal mail. If you fail to receive the information you requested, simply call (610) 994-8196 and ask for it to be resent, or use the one of the many E-mail hyperlinks found in our pages to request that your order be resent. When you request a resend, give your name and the date of your order.

If you entered your profile electronically, we will respond with an E-mail request for a photograph or a GIF/JPG photo image file from you. This image will then be associated with the profile information that you entered into the LuckyMan database.

REFUND POLICY

All fees are refundable within 10 business days of transaction if you are not fully satisfied with the service received.
